The Duke and Duchess of Sussex continued their busy schedule with another day in Dublin following the centenary of the Royal Air Force yesterday as well as an evening garden party. Today, the newlyweds arrived at the official residence of Ireland President Michael D Higgins around 10am for an early start to the day. (Reportedly Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan want to make it back to London before the start of the World Cup this evening.)

Both the duchess and the prince are planning on a jam packed schedule including a visit to Croke Park and a stop at Trinity College along with a walkabout to view the Famine Memorial as well as a visit to EPIC Museum and DogPatch Labs. Coincidentally, Harry and Meghan spent some time with the loving and happy Higgins family Bernese mountain dogs.

Duchess Meghan switched up her color palette today and opted for a gray gathered hem Roland Mouret dress similar to the Barwick style she wore the night before the royal wedding with mom Doria Ragland at Cliveden House.

Meghan’s look today was very professional and sophisticated but still retained the signature details she has become known for including a dress with boatneck style as well as a ruched skirt. In addition, Meghan has made a habit of shunning a Kate-favored clutch with preference instead for a girlboss tote bag.

It’s no surprise that Duchess Meghan opted for Roland Mouret as she had previously tweeted that he was her #favoritedesigner and that she loved his dresses to the “moon and back.” She also shared a picture of the two having lunch on her Instagram.

Roland’s dresses speak to the style sensibilities of the duchess as they have the unique modern details Meghan craves like asymmetric hemlines, unique draping and bateau necklines. The folded panels of the gray dress look very sculptural and add a romantic and fluid look to the midi style. Mouret often creates elegant and modern sheath dresses which are ladylike enough for the boardroom but still classic and chic enough for nighttime.

Meghan’s Roland Mouret Dress is Bespoke with long sleeves but it’s very similar to the Barwick Style
