The Duchess of Sussex spent time with artists in Johannesburg earlier today. The new mom made a solo trek to Victoria Yards where she delighted to have collected a pair of designer jeans commissioned from one of South Africa’s up-and-coming brands. Besides the new designer jeans, the duchess was gifted with a pair of dungarees for baby Archie.

She debuted two new pieces for the occasion: a navy button-front dress from Aritzia and Editor slingbacks from Everlane in the shade Persimmon Suede. The classic slingback flat features a sharp, pointed toe and a low vamp.

The Wilfred Shirt dress in pure indigo is a vintage-style, button-front dress inspired by a traditional house dress. According to the designer’s website– the dress has recently been redesigned for an even more flattering fit; the new design is made from drapey fabric with a pebbled texture.

Meghan also appeared to be wearing Pichulik Magi earrings in blue. The hoops are dusted in gold and beads arched like a rising sun. “Magi is the origin of the word magic and was used to describe people of great sacred knowing. The alchemy of your own transformation is your medicine and magic.” (Thanks to Laura Ashworth for ID).
