The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge completed their week long trip in Pakistan and it has been deemed a very successful and special tour by the royals as well as journalists and locals. Still, the tour was not without a few trials as William and Kate faced a scary thunderstorm in the sky as they made their journey from Lahore to Islamabad. After the plane incident, Kate said she was grateful for the crew and exclaimed, “It was pretty bumpy up there.” In a kind gesture, reporter Emily Andrews said Prince William came back to check everyone was OK mid-flight and joked that the extreme turbulence was due to him flying (as the prince is an experienced pilot). Despite the frightening episode, Kate and William looked ready to report for royal duty after having spent the night in a hotel in Lahore.

Kate carried her Smythson East West Tote which she has owned for a number of years. It’s possible she also carried the bag as recently as June at the Lake District. The luxurious black tote is rendered in cross-grain calf leather and features a smooth external pocket. It has a contrasting navy suede lining, zip top closure, gold hardware, and removable internal pocket with zip top closure.

In addition, Kate wore J.Crew Lucie suede pumps in Ashen Brown. The pointed toe shoes are versatile with a 2 1/2 inch heel and are lined with leather. Kate wore the suede pumps multiple times during the tour.

The busy mom completed the look with her Accessorize Simple Filigree Short Drop Earrings.

Later at the Army Canine Centre in Islamabad, the duke and duchess joined dog handlers as they trained dogs to recognize and scout out hidden explosive materials, before taking some of the puppies through their paces on an agility training course.

For this outing, Kate wore a Beulah London Papilio Wool Crepe Black Coat.

The elegant black coat is made from a beautiful wool crepe with silk satin detailing, and features covered buttons and an a-line shape, making it the perfect coat to layer over dresses. The piece is available for bespoke order and 10% of profits go towards putting an end to modern-day slavery.

Kate also debuted a pair of black flats from Russell & Bromley–the ‘Xpresso’ suede crossover flats – a style she also owns in the blush shade.

For accessories, Kate repeated her gold Filigree earrings.
