The Duchess of Sussex marked the first anniversary of the launch of the Smart Set, her workwear capsule collection created for the charity Smart Works from her new home in Santa Barbara, California. Meghan joined a video call to speak to a group of women whose lives had been changed by the Smart Works organization to discuss their new employment. Meghan mentioned the impact of their clothing in instilling confidence as she said, “People can say that so much of Smart Works is about the clothes themselves…(but) it’s the confidence, it’s what is built within, that is the piece that you walk out of that room with and walk into the interview with.”

The duchess is patron of Smart Works, which helps prepare women for job interviews and joining the workforce. For the call, Meghan donned a classic white blazer and brown camisole. She wore her hair in a sleek side ponytail for the digital meeting. In addition, the mom of one appeared to have minimal jewelry on for the appearance. Fans noticed a new California print above the mantel in Harry and Meghan’s Montecito home featuring a California Grizzly Bear.

The $1100 print was identified as being from the shop Nicholas and Riley on Etsy (similar). The store offers framed vintage flags and other antique artwork.
