The Duke and Duchess of Sussex sported a relaxed look as they spoke with young people from the organization Teen Therapy from their home in Santa Barbara. The couple spent time chatting with high school students to commemorate World Mental Health Day. Harry and Meghan were keen to participate in the group’s efforts after having read about the podcast in the New York Times.

For the occasion, the duchess wore a Ruth Bader Ginsburg t-shirt featuring retro lettering with a distressed design and turquoise font.

In addition, the mom of one wore a striped navy and white sweater, rolled jeans with a slim belt and pointed black shoes. Meghan’s v-neck cardigan sweater in navy stripe was identified as the J.Crew V-Neck Cardigan— the duchess slung the fall-friendly style around her shoulders.
