One of the most popular moments in the royal calendar each year is the Christmas celebration undertaken by the Queen and her family. Every year the royals gather in the cold to make the walk to church in Norfolk clad in impeccably tailored winter coats and festive fascinators. The world’s most famous family takes a trek in the English countryside and it’s a stunning sartorial showcase of seasonal glam. While this year while be different for the Crown’s crew — no doubt it won’t be any less special. Meghan and Harry will be celebrating in their new stateside home while William and Kate are said to be spending the holiday in Bucklebury with the Middletons.

Kate Middleton radiated Christmas cheer in one of her most elegant coats — a faux fur trimmed gray Catherine Walker that was expertly tailored. And the duchess wisely added a few hunter green accessories for a bit of holiday exuberance.
