The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have released their 2020 Christmas card from their new California home and while fans were eagerly anticipating a new snap of the precious Sussex scion — this year, Harry and Meghan decided to use a colorful illustration of their family for their annual holiday greeting. The young family of three is pictured in the yard of their Montecito estate spending time with little Archie Harrison in his playhouse. The quaint cottage appears to not be a new toy but a dwelling which existed as a part of the home’s estate.

According to a spokesperson for the Sussexes, “The original photo of the family was taken at their home earlier this month by The Duchess’s mother. The small Christmas tree, including the homemade ornaments and other decorations, were selected by Archie, and the tree will be replanted after the holidays.”

And royal watchers on social media were quick to point out that Archie seems to have grown quite big — the youngster appears to be sprouting up — for the outdoor photo the little lad is clad in a blue cardigan and blue pants with white sneakers. Mom (or Mum) Meghan is in a button-down shirt, skinny jeans and brown riding boots while Prince Harry appears to be in one of his favorite gray pullovers. The young family are surrounded by their dogs including Guy — who is clamoring for attention for the family of three while black Labrador Pula enjoys a sunny spot in the grass.

While many Sussex super fans long believed Archie to be a spitting image of dad Harry –it’s difficult to tell whether the toddler has ginger colored locks like his redheaded father. Based on the colors used in the card — the father and son duo could be twinning with their matching heads of hair.
