Duchess Kate recycled a polka dot silk shirt for her latest Zoom call with husband Prince William. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spoke with the parents of a 12-year-old boy who used the mental health support texting service SHOUT 85258. The crisis text line helped the young boy suffering severe anxiety during the pandemic overcome thoughts of self harm. For the emotional video call — Kate recycled her favorite polka dot blouse by Equipment (worn two previous times).

The duchess wore the slim signature polka dot silk shirt in September 2019 and in Ireland in March 2020. The blouse has a point collar, button front closure and chest flap pockets.

Kate paired the blouse with what’s believed to be her Jigsaw High Waisted pants (similar HERE)

The duchess also wore her Accessorize Twisted Circle Drop earrings (sold out).
