Royal Tour day 11 was all about the shirtdress and big, bouncy ballgown.
The Duchess of Sussex spent her last two days in Tonga dressed in casual chic shirtdresses. The first, a Martin Grant striped dress with a retro silhouette was accented with green pumps and a Prada bag. Meghan and Harry visited the St George Building in the capital city of Nuku’alofa to call on the Prime Minister S. Akilisi Pohiva on their second day of Royal Visit Tonga.
The striped Martin Grant dress features a mandarian collar, circle skirt and long sleeves.
The duchess added a Prada Saffiano Bibliotheque leather chain clutch featuring gold chain hardware and a detachable strap.
To complete the look, Meghan added her Birks Bee Chic White Quartz Silver Earrings with a cushion cut stone.
DRESS LIKE A DUCHESS
For their second stop in Tonga, Meghan revealed a new bright sky blue shirtdress. The dress features two thigh high slits, patch pockets and fine draping. The ‘Cary’ dress by Veronica Beard also features a belted waist and tonal buttons. Meghan wore this dress for the unveiling of the Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy at Tupou College.
The duchess had a few laughs and couldn’t help but chuckle during the rainforest dedication when a boys’ choir sang a playful song about warding off mosquitos complete with buzzing and flapping noises.
For this outdoor occasion, Meghan selected a tropical-friendly shirtdress from Veronica Beard called the Cary.
Meghan added Banana Republic Madison 12-Hour Side Cut Out Pumps in Blue Graphite. The strappy Mary-Jane heels feature a padding system and memory foam.
Meghan also wore her Adina Reyter Three Diamond Amigos Curve Post Earrings.
