The Duchess of Sussex has long been a fan of comfort-meets-casual daywear and was often spotted on the Suits set in her favorite pair of Birdies Blackbird slippers.
The easy slip on shoes are a perfect alternative to sneakers and flip flops and offer a chic alternative to dressed down footwear. For her wedding, Birdies designed a pair of luxe blush pink slides and also released a version of the shoe called the ‘Songbird’ for the general public.
While Meghan recently wore her Blackbird slippers on tour in Australia and New Zealand as well as Morocco, she’s likely keeping bridal slippers in a safe place. Meghan’s wedding shoes were designed with pink satin and feature a pearl embellishment at the heel as well as a decorative pom pom detail.
The duchess even wore the luxe flats for outdoor activities like a stroll through the forest with Prince Harry in New Zealand.
