In February 2020, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex wore Rothy’s Merino Shadow flats while she stepping off of a plane at Canada’s Victoria Airport. The modern pointed toe shoe is woven from a blend of premium merino wool and signature thread spun from repurposed plastic water bottles. The color is a dark grey shade with a subtle heather effect throughout. The comfortable shoes are finished with icy blue insoles, vegan leather outsoles and a pared-down version of their signature blue halo.
Meghan also owns a pair of the flats that she wore in Australia in October of 2018.
In October of 2018, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited several countries during their royal tour of Australia, New Zealand, Tonga and Fiji. On the first day of the tour, Meghan wore her comfortable Rothy’s Flats between stops on their busy schedule.
