The Princess of Wales made a surprise visit to a community group for fathers.
The Princess of Wales joined a community support group for Dads called the “Dadvengers” on November 1, 2023. The princess met with the online fathers group in North London while promoting her ‘Shaping Us’ campaign.
For the outing, the princess wore her Erdem striped Lotus sweater in black and white. The cozy sweater is ideal for an autumn outing — designed with horizontal Breton stripes for a chic nautical aesthetic, the plush pullover is fall-friendly when paired with dark wash jeans. Made in Scotland from super soft cashmere, the knitted top is finished with ribbed edges along the neckline and cuffs.
The princess has worn the soft knit twice previously; she wore the sweater in May 2021 for a visit to St. Andrews University in Scotland and in April 2023 for fifth birthday portraits with youngest son Prince Louis.
Kate paired the pre-fall 2020 jumper with a Barbour Jacket — the result of a collaboration with British TV presenter and model Alexa Chung. The luxe and lightweight field jacket is the ideal outerwear for jaunts through the English countryside or weekend strolls through London’s city streets. Designed with a glossy waxed cotton, the olive jacket is constructed from a durable waterproof material and can withstand rain and snow. Kate’s ‘Edith’ has a soft corduroy collar and classic checked lining. The jacket also is equipped with a signature zipped diagonal game pocket and two front snap patch pockets.
The princess has previously been spotted twice publicly in the jacket and also donned the sandy colored utility jacket for a Sarah Everard memorial privately.
In addition, the royal wore her new Mother ‘Dazzler’ mid-rise straight leg jeans in the brand’s Now or Never Wash. The inky dark blue jeans are crafted in a stretch denim and have an ankle length inseam. She previously wore the jeans — which are designed in Los Angeles — for a SportsAid Mental Health workshop in mid-October 2023.
The princess finished the look with new chunky Chelsea brown boots from Reiss — called the ‘Thea.’ Similar to combat boots, the chocolate brown boots are crafted from leather and finished with a treaded lug sole.
For the daytime stroll through a local park and chatting with dads, Kate also wore her Daniella Draper cupid hoop earrings.
