The Princess of Wales is known to favor certain labels and wear their creations on repeat. Case in point: Strathberry. Recently, the British beauty has sported multiple clutches and micro bags from the leather goods manufacturer.
Specializing in clean and contemporary silhouettes, Strathberry is known for their structural bags and striking signature bar closure. The iconic hardware is the brand’s most recognizable feature — a metal bar adds a bit of edginess and elegance to each bag. Inspired by the aesthetic of sheet music briefcases, the bars are all crafted by hand and added to each and every Strathberry handbag.
Modern and minimalist creations define the elegant leather accessory retailer which is named ‘Strath’ after the wide river valleys in Scots. While the ‘berry’ is also a tribute to Scotland and the berries that were once used to dye Scottish fabrics and materials.

Paying tribute to her hosts in Edinburgh, Kate did a bit of diplomatic dressing when she carried this bag in the capital of Scotland for the Royal Train Tour in December 2020. A recent addition to Princess Kate’s collection of stylish Strathberrys, this petite top handle bag is perfect for small essentials like a cellphone and wallet. Crafted entirely in Spain, the bag is inspired by Scottish artist Eduardo Paolozzi’s sculpture works and graphic art. Made with soft malleable leather and a miniature bar closure, this bag was first spotted on Princess Kate for her ‘Together at Christmas’ carol concert in December 2023.
