The Princess of Wales made a visit to a mother and baby unit at HMP Styal in Cheshire, England on Tuesday. The prison houses young adults and female offenders and has facilities for mothers with babies up to 18 months of age. With a population around 500, the prison is operated and managed by HMPS (His Majesty’s Prison Service).
For the visit to the mother and baby unit of the facility, Kate opted for her Blaze Milano Anyway Checked Wool Midi Coat in Brown.
It’s believed she wore her Kiltane Cashmere polo jumper under the long coat.
And it’s thought she may have worn the Sezane Naelle skirt in chocolate brown. The merino wool and organic cotton skirt in a ribbed knit is the same style the princess owns in natural.
She paired the jacket with her brown Gianvito Rossi block heel boots in brown suede.
The princess also wore a new pair of earrings — Katherine James Jewelry pearl earrings in 18 carat gold. The studs feature five lustrous pearls on omega backings. Large and luxe, the hefty earrings have a vintage quality and look similar to the aesthetic of a coral reef.
