Stunning in Scarlet! The Princess of Wales looked bow-tiful as she and Prince William welcomed the President of the Republic of Korea and his wife to the UK.

The Wales greeted the President of South Korea, Yoon Suk Yeol, and his wife, First Lady Kim Keon Hee at their London hotel. The group proceeded to the Horse Guards Parade in St. James’s Park where they met with King Charles and Queen Camilla for the ceremonial welcome including traditional gun salutes.

For the occasion, the princess recycled her Catherine Walker beau tie coat dress and added a new crimson cape. The princess first wore the dress for her Together at Christmas concert in 2021. Kate also owns the long bow adorned coat in black.

The princess debuted the A-line wool coat dress in 2021 at Westminster Abbey during the Christmas season. The dress features a bow at the neckline and gentle pleats which fall from the shoulder.

For accessories, Kate carried her Miu Miu bow embellished suede bag — the plush bag is crafted in Italy in crimson suede and has a removable chain shoulder strap and three spacious interior compartments. Kate carried the bag in Canada in 2016 and only recently reinstated the handbag into her royal rotation — she toted the handbag in December 2021 at the holiday concert and later with an all red pantsuit by McQueen in January 2023 for a Shaping Us reception.

The mom of three also wore Princess Diana’s Cabochon sapphire and diamond drop earrings. The top of the earrings have eight diamonds while the bottom sapphire is encircled by nine.

Rather than don a petite fascinator, the princess wore a new bespoke red wide brim bow hat by Jane Taylor.

Following the parade, Kate removed her cape and was seen at a Buckingham Palace lunch viewing an exhibition of Korean items in the royal collection.
