While the Princess of Wales favorite fashion house is undoubtedly Alexander McQueen (runner-up Jenny Packham), the Duchess of Sussex prefers Carolina Herrera. Worn for major events and magazine shoots, the California based royal loves calling on the Venezuelan fashion designer for glamorous gowns and statement shirtdresses.

One of the most prolific evening wear designers in America, Herrera’s couture creations frequently grace the red carpet with notable names like Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Lopez and Margot Robbie appearing in the designer’s ballerina ballgowns and feminine floral frocks.

And while Herrera designed for a number of First Ladies (including Jackie O, Laura Bush, Michelle Obama and Melania Trump) Duchess Meghan is perhaps one of the brand’s most famous couture customers.
