For the outing, the princess made headlines with her new blonde hairdo. Styled in cascading curls — the princess stole the show with her dark blonde or so-called “bronde” hair color. There was fervent speculation online as to whether the princess was sun-kissed from summer holidays or merely wanted a fresh look courtesy of butterscotch highlights.

At the museum, the Wales learned about the National Education Nature Park Program and explored how the museum is using environmental education and storytelling to engage schoolchildren and teach them about science and the natural world

For the outing, Kate opted to wear a past season Ralph Lauren Herringbone Tweed Jacket.
