She’s lauded for her ability to repeat gowns, recycle handbags and reinvent her styles from decades ago. Princess Kate has truly mastered the art of the royal rewear. And one of the penny pinching princess’ favorite ways to refresh a throwback outfit is with new shoes, accessories or outerwear.

Over the years, Kate has experimented with different dress silhouettes, patterns and prints as well as switched up brands and designers. Still, the mom of three knows that the general public is keen to see her be the glamorous future queen and relatable royal all in one complete princess package.

And Kate knows she’ll ingratiate herself with the masses with a strategic styling strategy: the repeat outfit. Over the years, Kate has worn many ensembles once or twice but few have left her closet more than four times — these are those looks — her outfit outliers.

Here are 7 Outfits Kate Middleton Has Worn Four Times or More:

1.Stella McCartney Ridley Stretch Cady Dress in Blue — 6 Total Wears

This heavy jersey dress might seem out of place in Kate’s contemporary closet. A classic and formfitting sheath, this ultra-blue dress is perfect for dressing up or down. Adding a sophisticated suit jacket like a classic blazer gives the dress more wearability for outdoor events like the Commonwealth Games or visits to Royal Air Force bases.

The princess has worn this open neck coat with a fit and flare silhouette for special occasions like Princess Charlotte’s christening in July 2015, Trooping the Colour in June 2016 as well as repeating the coat for a tour stop in Belgium. In addition, she wore the topper for Anzac day in April 2022.

The mom of three has appeared in the brand’s boucle-like red blazer on four different outings including for football matches, video calls and school visits. She loves donning the red blazer with white or tan undershirts and slim camisoles.
