The Princess of Wales is often applauded for her use of honorary heirlooms — frequently incorporating Princess Diana’s jewelry and Queen Elizabeth’s accessories into her elegant royal outfits. The mom of two loves to pay tribute to these special women of the Crown with her jewelry wares.

Yet, even though she consistently pays homage to her royal predecessors, there are pieces of jewelry Kate wears on repeat again and again.

Here are 6 Pieces of Jewelry Kate Middleton Has Worn the Most:

1. Kiki Grace White Topaz and Diamond Stud Earrings

Sparkly and subtle, these $1300 earrings have aptly graced the princess’ lobes on 30 different royal outings. After making their debut in February 2011 (just months prior to the royal wedding), these delicate 18 carat white studs have since been recycled over and over again.

For a brief time, Kate did stop wearing the diamonds –from 2017 to 2025. Luckily, the beautiful sparklers reappeared last month for an outing in Sunningdale, England.

2. Sapphire and Oval Diamond Drop Earrings

Worn for official portraits, visits abroad as well as for hospital and school visits, the princess has worn these sapphire stone drops on over 60 royal engagements.

The sapphire earrings are designed with a small diamond stone border and a reflective faceted blue sapphire sits in the center of each drop. Worn as part of cluster suite, the earrings are often paired with the princess’ matching sapphire necklace and engagement ring.

3. Cartier Ballon Bleu Stainless Steel Watch

The princess has worn this luxe $6800 watch time and time again (pardon the pun). Regarded as a classic and enduring accessory for generations, this sophisticated watch is the perfect finishing touch on any regal ensemble.

Featuring blue steel sword shaped hands along with a silver guilloche (decorative) dial with Roman numerals, this stainless steel bracelet has been worn by Her Royal Highness on around 110 royal outings; the piece first made its debut on Kate’s arm at an Art Room opening in Ealing, London in February 2014.

The silver watch was a gift to the princess from Prince William in honor of their wedding anniversary in 2014.

4. Annoushka Baroque and Pearl Drops and Kiki Diamond Hoop Earrings

A combination of two separate pieces — yellow gold baroque pearl drops and classic yellow gold diamond hoops, these graceful and glamorous earrings have adorned Kate’s ears on around 80 occasions. Combining freshwater high polish baroque pearls handcrafted in 18 karat yellow gold with small sparkly 18 karat yellow gold hoops inscribed with diamonds, these beautiful earrings are one of Kate’s all-time favorite pairs.

While the princess most frequently wears the Annoushka pearls with the Kiki diamond studded hoops, the hoops actually belong to another pair of Kate’s earrings; in fact, the hoops belong to her Kiki green amethyst and diamond drop earrings.

5. Kiki Citrine Pear Drop Earrings

These $1140 earrings boast the perfect amount of glitz for daytime engagements and special occasions. Worn for everything from Prince Georges’ christening to Cub Scouts meetings, these standout sparklers have been in Kate’s jewelry MVP case for years.

Featuring a pear drop citrine stone set in 18 carat yellow gold, these yellow stunners boast a citrine stone of 4.9 carats. And since Kiki’s stones are naturally occurring– Kate’s earrings are one-of-a-kind.

6. Sapphire and Diamond Engagement Ring

Perhaps one of the recognizable rings in the world, Kate’s blue Garrard sapphire and diamond engagement ring is one of her most-worn and most-sentimental jewelry pieces. The glistening cobalt sapphire stone reflects the light and shines in every direction.

Worn since her engagement to Prince William following his romantic proposal in Africa in October 2016, this ring boasts a hefty 12 carat oval blue Ceylon stone surrounded by 14 glittery diamonds. The princess has worn the white carat sapphire sparkler on nearly every royal outing with the exception of a handful of hospital visits and sporting events.

Since undergoing treatment for cancer, the princess has refrained from wearing the sparkler on a few recent outings and instead has opted for an eternity ring stack
