Très chic! Forget Emily in Paris, try Meghan in Paris!
The Duchess of Sussex made a surprise appearance at the Balenciaga runway show at Paris Fashion Week on Saturday October 4th.
The California-based royal sat near friend Markus Anderson and actress Tracee Ellis Ross during the catwalk show. She also shared a warm greeting with fashion icon and former Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour.
For the outing, the mom of two stunned onlookers in a caped creation by Balenciaga’s Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccoli. The dramatic white trouser suit features a coordinating floor length cape (similar).
The ensemble boasts a button up blouse and matching trousers; the set hails from the designer’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection.
For a bag, Meghan carried a black front flap clutch from the design house featuring gold tone hardware. The bag is not currently available for purchase (similar).
Meghan wore Balenciaga footwear and opted for the brand’s striking knife pointed pumps in black.
The shoes feature an elongated pointed toe, 110mm arch and black insole. Made in Italy, the pumps are designed in matte spandex.
For accessories, the duchess wore unidentified oval diamond earrings.
Later, for dinner in the City of Light Meghan opted for a black cocktail dress when leaving her hotel Plaza Athénée. She donned a custom Balenciaga by Pierpaolo Piccioli dress. The sleeveless design boasts a dramatic draped bodice (similar).
Meghan once again opted for the Balenciaga Knife Pumps in black matte spandex.
She completed the evening look with her gold bracelet stack and Cartier Juste un Clou gold necklace.
Meghan’s striking dress also features a dramatic and revealing low back.
Finally, the duchess wore a new unidentified oval diamond ring on her right hand.
