When the princess visited the National Curling Academy in Stirling, Scotland she was outfitted in her finest Scottish inspired clothing including a new blue coat courtesy of a collaboration with cashmere clothing brand Johnstons of Elgin.
The visit also saw the princess wearing a new Nordic folklore printed sweater vest with a fair isle design constructed in Scotland and made by sustainable fashion brand Bamford.
While Kate’s blue patterned coat and vest paid homage to Scottish heritage, royal watchers were intrigued not only with Kate’s custom coat and layering knit, but also her chic new Chelsea boots.
Handcrafted in Italy from a velvet suede, the princess debuted low-top ankle boots from Italian luxury brand Tod’s.

The comfortable ankle booties boast a durable sole with embossed-pebbled detailing that provides support and extra traction.
A easy on/off shoe for royal engagements, the designer booties are equipped with a pull-on style tab with elastic gore insets. A signature and smart touch, the brand’s iconic rubber pebbles provide extra charm at the heel.
Luckily, Kate’s boots are available now in limited sizes at Nordstrom.
