The Duchess of Sussex took power dressing to new heights in he University of Johannesburg, where she attended a roundtable discussion with the Association of Commonwealth Universities and gave a speech focused on gender equality. The new mom looked sensational in a sleeveless khaki double breasted trench dress by Banana Republic.
Meghan paired the sleek sleeveless blazer dress with a pair of pumps from her closet–the Stuart Weitzman ‘Legend’ pumps in haze beige (similar).
As we noted on our Instagram page, Meghan has fast become one of the world’s leading fashion trendsetters and today’s look is perfectly aligned with her signature style of tuxedo dresses. The button front dresses are modern but still sophisticated and perfect for the office or any professional setting. The look is especially flattering when paired with nude heels as the buttons elongate the body while the belted waist nips and tucks in all the right places.
Meghan accessorized her look with a few dainty turquoise pieces including the Alemdara ‘Didem’ Bracelet in yellow gold with a turquoise enamel eye.
The duchess finished the look with her 18-karat yellow gold Jennifer Meyer Turquoise Marquise Ring.
