Duchess Kate looked ready to join the ranks of a group of athletes during a SportsAid event at the London Stadium in Stratford. The mom of three was polished in green separates including new culottes from Zara and ribbon trainers from Marks & Spencer.
Kate wasn’t pulling any punches as she learned about Taekwondo, judo and laser shooting. The Duchess was watching the sports in action and was given a short tutorial by Lutalo Muhammad on how to complete a reverse punch.
The busy royal also ‘competed’ in track and field events with a group of athletes.
For the outing, the fitness-minded mom wore her favorite Smythe ‘Duchess’ Blazer.
She also donned Zara green culottes. The waist wide-leg trousers have an invisible zip fastening on the side and are perfect for daytime business casual events.
In addition, Kate wore new ribbon trainers by Marks & Spencer. The colorful pair feature striped ribbon trims with a dash of sparkle. This lace-up sneaks are made with our Insolia Flex technology and endorsed by the UK College of Podiatrists for comfortable walking. The tennis shoes are currently sold out but still available in navy.
