The Duke and Duchess of Sussex spent an evening out in Los Angeles on a double date with Katharine McPhee and David Foster. Wearing masks outside the restaurant, the couple met the Canadian composer and his wife for a three hour dinner at steak and seafood restaurant Lucky’s in Montecito.
Meghan has long been friends with singer and actress Katharine McPhee and both performed in musicals during their adolescence. The American Idol alum recently announced she was expecting her first child with Foster.
For the dinner, the duchess donned a casual ensemble featuring a double-breasted trench coat which she slung over her shoulders as well as what appears to be ankle frayed leggings or jeans. The mom of one completed the look with a tan crewneck sweater.
During the evening outing, Meghan wore a Club Monaco Reissue trench. The khaki trench coat features double breasted styling, short sleeves and seamed cuffs (ID Meghan’s Fashion). A similar style is also available in gray at Nordstrom Rack and Saks Fifth Avenue.
The duchess also wore a new Cuyana Wool Cashmere Slim Crewneck sweater featuring an exposed seam detail.
For a handbag, Meghan carried a Stella McCartney Stella Logo Small Crossbody bag.
The bag is made in Italy from the label’s soft Eco Alter Nappa–it’s designed in a boxy shape with a detachable guitar-style strap. The sleek logo mini bag is available at My Theresa and Farfetch.
For heels, the duchess wore a pair of red mules. To add a pop of color to her neutral ensemble, Meghan donned the Chloe Gosselin Kasia 80mm mules. The orange suede pointed toe shoes feature a unique buckle detail, mid-high stiletto heel and a leather sole. Similar HERE
