Facetime Fashion! The Duchess of Sussex made a ‘cameo’ appearance on the Late Show with James Corden — the expectant mom laughed and smiled as she took a call from Corden on her husband’s phone. Prince Harry was busy filming a bus tour around Los Angeles with the comedian and talk show host when they briefly stopped their circuit around LA for a quick phone call.
For the iPhone exchange — Corden asked Harry the name of the duchess in his contacts and he said he calls her ‘M.’ Meanwhile Meghan revealed her nickname for Prince Harry and referred to him as ‘Haz’ during their chat.
On Facetime, Meghan was dressed in a casual and comfy smocked dress believed to be from Velvet Torch (ID Meghan’s Fashion). The puff sleeve smocked dress in the color ‘denim’ has a scoop neck, figure hugging material and elbow length puff sleeves. The top of Meghan’s baby bump appeared to be visible under the smocked bodice.
Velvet Torch happens to be a family owned company based out of Los Angeles so it would not be surprising the duchess selected to wear a local clothing company.
The busy mom also wore a druzy style necklace featuring a unique hexagonal shape. Crafted with a blue geode crystal stone — the accessory could be a custom piece designed for Meghan or the work of a local artisan or jewelry maker.
