The Duke and Duchess of Sussex gave a rare glimpse into their home life and showed off the grounds of their estate to media mogul Oprah Winfrey. For an interview broadcast for CBS — the royal couple discussed their departure from the ‘Firm’ as well as shared cute anecdotes about Archie (he loves the word ‘hydrate’) and revealed the gender of their second baby (a girl!). In addition, Meghan gave the talk show host a tour of “Archie’s Chick Inn.”
The adorable hen house is home to chickens the couple rescued from a local factory farm and has all the trimmings of a standard coop including a red wooden exterior, picnic table and of course lots of rescued chickens.
For the relaxed outdoor chit chat, Meghan wore a JCrew Perfect Lightweight jacket in the color dark moss. With water-resistant fabric, a fishtail hem for extra coverage (and splash protection), a flattering elastic bungee at the waist and a cute (and practical) hood — the jacket is perfect for cool nights in California.
Meghan also wore her beloved Hunter tall boots. The classic rain boots are built with a natural and flexible water resistant rubber material.
Meghan also wore a long white blouse.
The duchess finished the look with her Verse Love Letter ‘A’ necklace.
