The Duchess of Sussex is now a bona fide bestselling author! The Archewell founder’s first foray into book publishing with her title “The Bench” has already been met with great success as the title is trending at number two in the United States in the young reader category.
Meghan’s first title in the genre focuses on “the special bond between father and son as seen through a mother’s eyes.” The story is based on Prince Harry’s relationship with his son Archie Harrison. With an official release date of June 8th–the book’s summer debut will no doubt be met with great fanfare. Published by Penguin Random House and with illustrations by Christian Robinson — the tome will highlight the special bond between father and son. As Meghan says, “The Bench started as a poem I wrote for my husband on Father’s Day, the month after Archie was born. That poem became this story…My hope is that The Bench resonates with every family, no matter the make-up, as much as it does with mine.”
