The Duchess of Sussex looked every inch the elegant mom-to-be in a cape style coat from Givenchy for her first patronage visit to the ACU. Everyone was buzzing not only about Meghan’s visit but about her new top knot. While Meghan has always managed to captivate with her beauty choices, the new hairstyle was seen as a MMM-Major Meg Moment. Some called the knot “cool” while others said it was giving off serious “Cinderella vibes.”
Indeed, Meghan’s sleek swept up hair showcased her pregnancy glow and emphasized her stunning smile. And while Meghan’s hair was all girl boss–the duchess herself made quite the impact as she met students from across the Commonwealth who are now studying in the UK.
For this outing, Meghan opted to follow Kate’s lead and wear a garment from her wedding dress designer this week. The duchess selected her black caplet coat for the daytime engagement–she recycled the style from Remembrance Sunday as we noted on our Instagram page.
The Duchess also wore a pleated bespoke black Givenchy handkerchief skirt with an uneven hem.
Meghan added her Stuart Weitzman Legend pumps in Haze Beige.
And the duchess also wore her Dean Davidson Knockout Studs in Rainbow Moonstone.
In addition, Meghan wore her Wwake three stone cuff bracelet with diamonds and sapphires. The unique and beautiful bracelet could symbolize the three Sussexes–Prince Harry, Meghan and the baby.
