The Duke and Duchess of Sussex looked every inch the royal lovebirds as they took to the red carpet to make their way into Draper Hall to celebrate the achievements of the wounded, sick and injured military servicemen who are honored at the annual Endeavour Fund Awards this evening.

Meghan stuck to familiar territory with a button-up shirt by Givenchy and a long mermaid skirt draped over her burgeoning baby bump. The look is not a far cry from her days on Suits when she was often outfitted in pencil skirts and button-up blouses as her character paralegal Rachel Zane.

In addition, the duchess opted for a slinky new pair of Aquazzura Rendez Vous 105 metallic leather mules.

Meghan’s minimalist ensemble is reminiscent of her Alexander McQueen pant suit she wore to the previous year’s awards ceremony. She also carried her Givenchy Satin Jewel Clutch and opted for her Vanessa Tugendhaft Precious Stud earrings.

The black and white monochromatic and menswear-inspired style is effortless and chic — and very flattering on Meghan who is seven months pregnant. In the future, the mom-to-be may opt to tailor the skirt and wear it again or recycle the blouse to wear with pants or a midi skirt. Meghan and Claire Waight Keller’s fashion friendship and couture collab continues to be a huge success.
