The Duchess of Cambridge celebrated her new patronage today by visiting a photography workshop held by the The Royal Photographic society. As an artistic minded mom and practicing photographer, Kate is a perfect fit to act as patron for the organization. Queen Elizabeth announced she would be relinquishing her role and giving her granddaughter-in-law the new patronage just this morning.
For this outing, Kate selected a tiered paisley print maxi dress with flutter sleeves. She added her Carina Castaner 80 espadrille sandals as well as her Catherine Zoraida fern hoop earrings.
Kate’s fern hoop earrings are still available in silver.
During her visit, Kate met with young children from Action for Children as well as participated in workshops where students learned about various elements of photography. She also viewed portraits and played around with photography equipment.
Kate even had a little fun with amateur photographer Josh Evans.
