The Duchess of Sussex is sticking to her successful sartorial strategy of a slew of shirt dresses for her main wardrobe wear for the Royal Tour of Southern Africa. Meghan looked effortlessly chic in the Tencel Shirt Dress from ethical Cape Town label Hannah Lavery today at the Youth Employment Services (YES) Hub in Johannesburg.
The Tencel dress is a limited edition design and was created from leftover fabric to minimize waste and is currently available in stores and expected to debut online soon. A classic staple, the dress from the South African women’s wear label works for warm weather engagements and the monochrome color is modern and minimalistic.
To complete the stylish ensemble, the duchess opted for Stuart Weitzman Legend pumps in Haze Beige.
The new mom accessorized the look with a pop of color and opted for red stone and tassel earrings from Madwell. The colorful fringe earrings are trendy and chic–the playful pair features a stone accent and wispy tassel.
For a finishing touch, Meghan added her Jennifer Meyer Turquoise Marquise Ring.
Later in the day, the duchess changed into her blush House of Nonie dress for a meeting with Nelson Mandela’s widow, Graça Machel. For the final look of the tour, Meghan wore her Stuart Weitzman pumps as well as jewelry from Jennifer Meyer including the Marquise ring as well as turquoise studs and an enamel eye bracelet from Alemdara Didem.
