The Duchess of Cambridge looked regal in red as she and Prince William ventured to Waterloo Station to see two installations dedicated to the duchess’ passion project–the National Portrait Gallery Hold Still photo competition. Outfitted in a double-breasted long wool coat by Alexander McQueen, the mom of three was holiday ready in her crimson couture.

To add a bit of bling to the workwear ensemble, Kate wore new earrings by Daniella Draper. The royal opted for gold diamond cupid earrings by the British jeweler.
The future Queen consort also donned a new handbag with a top handle style by Grace Han London. The Love Letter Small top handle bag features a distinctive envelope closure in tribute to love letters past and present.
In addition, Duchess Kate wore her favorite block heel pumps from Gianvito Rossi and opted for her beloved Piper 85 pumps.
Underneath her long tailored coat–Kate wore a pleated black skirt which is believed to be a style from Massimo Dutti or Zara.
