The Duchess of Cambridge shot a selfie style video presumably with her own cellphone in the Norfolk countryside near her Anmer Hall estate. For the video marking the start of Children’s Mental Health Week, the busy mom of three appealed to parents to take care of themselves and their well-being during the stress of the lockdown period. Kate encouraged parents to seek support and to voice their thoughts and feelings with others. She said, “Find someone to talk to because we need to be the very best versions of ourselves for the children in our care.”

For the outdoorsy impromptu style message, Kate wore her favorite puffer coat from Barbour–the Longshore Quilted Jacket in Navy and Marigold.

The cozy jacket features a funnel neck, chevron detailing and stretch fabric side panels. Plus, the contemporary winter staple has contrast color zips in bright orange to add a fun accent to the navy number. Kate paired the coat with a pom (or bobble) beanie featuring a colorblock navy and light blue design with a chunky cable knit.
