Princess Pupil! The Duchess of Cambridge visited Nower Hill High School to meet with students in London to learn about neuroscience and brain development. Far from dressing in a sterile white lab coat for the science lesson — the duchess instead opted for a bright fuchsia coat from beloved brand Hobbs.

Kate wore the brand’s Tilda coat in fuchsia pink. Made from biodegradable brushed wool – the eco-conscious style boasts a notch lapel, long sleeves and side welt pockets.

Kate paired the sophisticated coat with the Hobbs Lara Merino Wool Jumper. The granita pink turtleneck pullover has a roll neck and button cuff detail.

The duchess was spotted waving at onlookers during her school visit.

Later in the day, the duchess participated in a reception at Buckingham Palace where she spoke with executives and leaders about Oxford University research on brain development in infants.
