The Duchess of Cambridge was bow-tiful in a bright red Catherine Walker coat to host the Royal Carols: Together at Christmas celebration at Westminster Abbey. Appearing jovial and jolly, the 39-year-old looked elegant in a scarlet wool ‘Beau Tie’ dress by Catherine Walker.
The Duchess was joined in celebrating pandemic heroes at the festive concert by her mother and father Carole and Michael Middleton as well as sister Pippa Matthews and brother James Middleton. Princess Eugenie, Princess Beatrice, Mike and Zara Tindall as well as Sophie Wessex were also guests at the special choir concert.
Pippa wore a new coat by the Fold to watch the seasonal special — the Finchley Wool Blend Tailored Coat in dark green features a snug wrap over neckline and is designed with a knee length hem.
For the holiday concert, Kate carried her Miu Miu bow bag which was worn by the duchess in Vancouver in 2016. (Kate was spotted in Canada outfitted in the red and white colors of the Canadian flag.)
The red suede bow embellished clutch has a removable chain strap — designed in a luxurious plush crimson color the holiday-friendly bag perfectly coordinates with Kate’s designer coat.
The Miu Miu bow bag features a gold Miu Miu label at the front.
Kate’s red bow detailed coat was a perfect choice for the mid-December evening in London.
The duchess first wore the exact coat in black for Prince Philip’s funeral.
In addition, Kate wore the Queen Mother’s sapphire earrings.
A final look at Duchess Kate and Prince William leaving the Abbey at the conclusion of the holiday event. The duke and duchess were met by a children’s choir as well as reindeer during their departure.
