The Duchess of Cambridge showed her solidarity with the citizens of Ukraine in a blue sweater for a cultural center visit in London. For the occasion, Kate and William heard about services and donations provided by the organization to aid the Ukrainian people as their country is invaded by Russia.
Kate and William showed their support by donning small pins with the Ukrainian flag as well as bringing homemade brownies and granola bars for volunteers at the Holland Park hub. The duke and duchess were especially moved by stories of the relief efforts for refugees during the current conflict.
For the visit, Kate wore an Alexander McQueen Cashmere sweater in the shade ‘lake blue.’ The pullover sweater has a chunky crew neckline, cropped length and ribbed trim. The sweater is crafted in Italy and constructed from soft cashmere yarn and dyed a pale blue shade. It’s thought that Kate wore the design to represent the colors of the Ukraine flag (yellow and blue). Kate’s sweater is available in blue at Neiman Marcus and MatchesFashion. In addition, the cozy sweater is available in pale ice pink at Nordstrom
For pants, the duchess donned her beloved navy Jigsaw High Waisted Sports trousers.
She also wore her favorite croc belt from Anderson’s. Available at Net-a-Porter.
She completed the look with Emmy Josie pumps in midnight.
And the duchess accessorized with her new Spells of Love medium twist gold hoop earrings.
