On Day 6 of the competition, the duchess attended a cycling event and handed out medals. She wore a Celine classic ivory 2-button blazer (past season), a Zara belted short romper jumpsuit and new YSL tribute sandals in black. The Nu Pieds slide sandals have interlocking straps which create a circular medallion. She also wore new Bottega Chain Hoop earrings and a Brilliant Earth Leo diamond pendant necklace featuring a lion embossed disc. She paired the neutral coat with Cuyana silk paperbag pants — the roomy cropped Crêpe de Chine silk pants have a length ideal for warm weather workwear. She finished the look with her Aquazzura Purist 105 pumps in beige.
The final outfit Meghan wore for the Invictus Closing Ceremony was a new strapless teal column gown by Cult Gaia called the Raylene. The modern cocktail dress in the shade seamoss felt fun and fresh with the floral openwork creating a lace effect. Lazercut cutouts also added a touch of complexity to the textured dress. For accessories, Meghan kept it simple with mini hoops and her gold Cartier bracelet. For beauty, the duchess kept her makeup soft and her hair was styled in a low chignon bun so as not to compete with the neckline of the strapless gown. The mom of two looked elegant and enchanting. She finished her Invictus lookbook on a high note!
And in good news for royal fashion fans, Meghan’s JCrew Giselle V-Neck Sweater in ivory with black piping is now available for pre-order. The cozy contrast trim cardigan has roomy pockets, polished gold buttons and contrast tipping in black.
