One of Princess Kate’s style secrets to looking chic in the fall is to wear coordinated sweater skirt sets. Cozy, chic and comfortable, these two-piece sets have become a major wardrobe win for the princess during autumn. The princess has embraced monochrome matching sets as they are elevated business causal without the stiffness or seriousness of a suit. Plus, the British beauty can looked pulled together in hurry — no need for ironed pants, buttoned blouses and bulky belts, a knitted co-ord set requires minimal effort and makes maximum impact.

5. Green Queen

When she can’t stand the thought of stepping out in a stiff and structured coat dress, Kate can always find style harmony with a matching set. Worn for two occasions, Kate’s Iris & Ink Eloise forest green ribbed panel turtleneck and complementary Ernestine skirt was the perfect look for daytime engagements including a sit-down interview and plaque unveiling. For both wears, Kate paired the green duo with a blackwatch coat from Holland & Cooper.
