The Duchess of Sussex is keeping mum (literally and figuratively) about the arrival of her little one with Prince Harry. While Kensington Palace announced Meghan and Harry were expecting over 6 months ago (at a time when they reportedly already had a 12-week scan), the maternity mathematics is confusing and intriguing to royal watchers, reporters and the many Meghan and Harry fans all over the world. So, has the newest royal baby already been welcomed into the world? Maybe so!

Here are 7 Reasons Why Baby Sussex Might Already Be Born:

  1. Harry isn’t Hiding

While the baby fever would reach epidemic proportions if Harry suddenly took a leave of absence, the duke has attended to much of his regular duties including Easter and Anzac Day Services, an appearance at the London Marathon and will take a trip to the Netherlands next week. Perhaps, it’s a bit of clever ‘distraction action’ to keep the baby’s birth under wraps.

2. Meghan’s Mom

Meghan’s mom hasn’t been seen in Los Angeles in a few weeks and her dogs are now under the care of a dog walker. It’s likely that Meghan’s mom knew the baby’s anticipated arrival and scheduled to be at Frogmore Cottage to see her daughter around the time of the due date. Doria Ragland reportedly arrived in London around April 21st.

3. Sussex Instagram

For the Commonwealth anniversary, the Sussex Royal account posted many pictures of Harry and Meghan with youngsters and small children. Perhaps, it was a hint?

4. Easter Event

Meghan and Harry reportedly hosted Kate and William for a cup of tea on Easter Sunday. While if Meghan was in the final days of pregnancy or having early contractions she might be too uncomfortable to host visitors or have a bit of a social gathering, but if the baby had already arrived–perhaps the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were meeting the little lad or lass.

5. The Queen

It’s very unusual for the Queen to make home visits unless of course there is a new baby in the picture. And though reports claim she wanted to see the duchess “before she had the baby”–it’s rather interesting that she came for a pop-up housewarming on one of the busiest days of the year, Easter Sunday.

6. Charles and Camilla

Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall are on their way to Germany in only a few days which doesn’t give them a lot of spare time to bond with Harry’s first born. Still, if the baby had been born in late April–both Grandpa and Grandma would’ve had plenty of time to see and spend time with the Cottage cutie.

7. Mid-April Arrival

Yahoo! reports that Meghan is very much “overdue” and that according to the timeline the couple has issued–the duchess would’ve been pregnant since last July, thus, making the baby’s birth likely to have occurred in Mid-April. Hmmm…guess we will have to wait and see!
